Sports massage can be used to aid recovery from injury or an event,or as part of a long term training programme.
It’s beneficial for everyone from elite athletes to those suffering from everyday muscular pains,stiffness or limited
movements, regardless of age or level of fitness. Treatment can include: deep tissue massage, ultrasound to
reduce swelling to promote healing and full rehabilitation programmes. Lorraine is a registered sports/remedial
massage therapist and a member of the International Council of Health, Fitness & Sports therapists and trains
frequently at the Oxford Sports University.

A 15 minute consultation is given free of charge to all new clients and a treatment programme is designed to suit
your individual requirements.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from purchase date. If booking a course of treatments payment for the whole
course will be due on your first appointment and treatment must be taken within 3 months.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please give a minimum of 24hours notice if you wish to cancel your treatment otherwise a charge will be incurred.
